1. 本抽選は、Two Circles（詳細は下記条件19に記載）が実施する「MLBワールド・ベースボール・クラシック予選2026 東京シリーズ」参加者アンケートへの参加招待メール、テキストメッセージ（SMSおよび/またはWhatsAppメッセージ）を受信し、同アンケートを完全に回答した個人を対象とします。 応募者は日本在住の20歳以上の方に限ります。Two CirclesおよびMLB関連団体（以下「MLB関連団体」）の従業員、その家族、代理人、ならびに本抽選の運営に直接関与する第三者は応募できません。「MLB関連団体」とは、メジャーリーグベースボールコミッショナー事務局（BOC）、その局、委員会、小委員会、評議会、MLBアドバンスト・メディアL.P. （以下「MLB」）、メジャーリーグベースボール・プロパティーズ社、MLBネットワーク社、メジャーリーグベースボール球団（以下「球団」）、各球団の親会社・子会社・関連会社・関連団体、現在または将来において球団もしくはBOCを支配する、支配される、または共通支配下にあるあらゆる団体、ならびに上記団体の所有者、無限責任社員・有限責任社員、株主、取締役、役員、従業員及び代理人を含む）。
2. 本抽選への参加は無料で、購入の必要はありません。
3. 応募開始日は2026年3月11日12:00（日本時間）です。応募締切日は2026年3月24日23:59（日本時間）です。この時間以降に受け付けた応募は受理されません。
4. 応募はhttps://s.alchemer.com/s3/0d88d0380f1 8にてアンケートを完了した時点で自動的に行われます。
5. 技術的な不具合、技術的な故障、コンピューターハードウェアまたはソフトウェアの障害、衛星、ネットワーク、サーバーの障害など、いかなる理由による応募の未完了についても、Two Circlesは一切の責任を負いません。
6. 当選者5名は、2026年4月4日（火）日本時間1:00（「抽選日」）にコンピューター処理による無作為抽選で選出されます。
7. 賞品：当選者5名に、それぞれ15,000円相当のデジタルギフトカードまたは同等の賞品を贈呈します。当選確率は応募総数により変動します。応募は1人1回限りです。
8. 当選者には、2026年4月11日 1:00 JSTまでに、応募時に提供された情報に基づき、メールおよび／またはテキストメッセージ（SMSおよび／またはWhatsApp）で通知されます。 当選者が通知から7日以内にTwo Circlesへ応答しない場合（またはTwo Circlesが当選者がその他の方法で利用規約に違反したと判断した場合）、当選者の賞品は没収され、Two Circlesは上記の手順に従い別の当選者を選出する権利を有します。
9. 15,000円相当の賞品は、各当選者へメールおよび／またはモバイルテキストメッセージ（SMSおよび／またはWhatsApp経由）にて送付されます。当該ギフトカードには追加の利用規約が適用される場合があります。
10. 当選者への賞品は交換不可、譲渡不可であり、現金での代替提供は行われません。賞品の転売は禁止されています。
11. 賞品はTwo Circlesより提供されます。Two Circlesの管理外の事情により必要が生じた場合、Two Circlesは同等またはそれ以上の価値の代替賞品と交換する権利を留保します。
12. 抽選に関するTwo Circlesの決定は最終的かつ拘束力を有し、これに関する一切の問い合わせには応じません。
13. ツー・サークレスは、要請があった場合、有効な賞の授与が行われたことを示す情報を公表または提供するものとする。 この義務を履行するため、Two Circlesは、上記締切日から1か月以内に、worldbaseballclassic@twocircles.com 宛てに電子メールを送信するか、またはTwo Circles Limited（C/O Corporation Service Company (Uk) Limited 5 Churchill Place, 10th Floor, London, United Kingdom, E14 5HU宛てに郵送し、返信用封筒を同封）に書面で請求した者に対し、当選者の姓と県名、および該当する場合は当選作品の写しを送付する。 氏名・県名・当選作品の全部または一部を公開・提供されることに異議がある場合は、Two Circles（worldbaseballclassic@twocircles.com ）までご連絡ください。ただし、この場合でもTwo Circlesは日本広告審査機構からの要請に応じて情報及び当選作品を提供する必要があります。
14. 応募者は応募時点で本規約に同意し、拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。Two Circlesは本規約に違反する者に対し、応募の拒否または賞品の授与拒否を行う権利を留保します。
15. 本キャンペーンの実施が困難となった場合、Two Circlesはキャンペーンを無効化、中止、中断、または変更する権利を留保します。
16. 参加者の個人データは、Two Circlesのサービスプロバイダーが日本国外で管理するサーバーに保存される可能性があるため、海外に転送される場合があります。このような転送を拒否する場合は、Two Circles（worldbaseballclassic@twocircles.com ）までご連絡ください。ただし、個人データの日本国外への転送を拒否された場合、本調査および抽選への参加ができなくなる可能性があります。

Prize Draw: Major League Baseball – MLB WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC QUALIFIERS 2026: TOKYO SERIES Attendee Random Prize Draw

1. The prize draw is open to individuals who have received an email invitation, text message (SMS and/or WhatsApp message) to participate in and have completed in full the MLB World Baseball Classic Qualifiers 2026 Tokyo Series Attendee Survey conducted by Two Circles (company details identified in Condition 19 below). Entrants must be residents of Japan and aged 20 years or older. The prize draw is not open to employees of Two Circles or the MLB Entities, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”) Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. The opening date for entries is 12:00 JST on March 11, 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 JST on March 24, 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. Two Circles accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
6. Five winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on April 4, 2026 at 1:00 JST (“Draw Date”).
7. Prizes: five (5) winners will each receive a digital gift card or similar equivalent valued at ¥15,000. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) entry per person.
8. Each winner will be notified by email and/or text message (SMS and/or WhatsApp) (using details provided at entry) before April 11, 2026 at 1:00 JST. If a winner does not respond to Two Circles within 7 days of being notified (or Two Circles determines that the winner has otherwise breached the terms and conditions), then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Two Circles will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The ¥15,000 prizes will be sent to each winner by email and/or mobile text message (via SMS and/or WhatsApp). Such gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
10. The prizes for the winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The prize must not be resold.
11. The prizes will be supplied by Two Circles. Two Circles reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Two Circles’ control make it necessary to do so.
12. The decision of Two Circles regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. Two Circles shall, on request, either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Two Circles will send the surname and county of prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails worldbaseballclassic@twocircles.com or writes to Two Circles Limited., C/O Corporation Service Company (Uk) Limited 5 Churchill Place, 10th Floor, London, United Kingdom, E14 5HU (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated above. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Two Circles (worldbaseballclassic@twocircles.com). In such circumstances, Two Circles must still provide the information and winning entry to the Japan Advertising Review Board on request.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Two Circles reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. Two Circles reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. Personal data of the participants may be transferred overseas, as such data may be stored on the servers of the Two Circles’ service providers which are maintained outside of Japan. You may opt-out of such transfer by contacting Two Circles (worldbaseballclassic@twocircles.com). However, if you refuse the transfer of your personal data outside of Japan, you may not be able to participate in the survey and the prize draw.

6. Two Circles and its affiliates will use the data provided in response to the survey for the purposes of operating the survey and the random prize draw. Your data will be used and processed solely in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and these terms and conditions.

9. To the extent permitted by law, neither Two Circles, the MLB Entities, nor any of their affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors or representatives, will be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the organising or holding of the survey and/or the random prize draw or as a result of any participation in the survey and/or the random prize draw or as a result of the winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any prize, or if the survey and/or the random prize draw does not run as planned. The participants’ statutory rights are not affected. Each entrant agrees to waive any and all claims against Sponsor and the MLB Entities for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt or use of any prize (or any portion thereof), or any travel or activity related thereto.
