Attendee Survey Sweepstakes – Nice Ironman

2025 IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP (NICE) – ATTENDEE SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES:

  1. Subject: These official rules (the “Sweepstakes Official Rules”) governs the organization and terms of participation in the attendee survey sweepstakes held in connection with the 2025 IRONMAN World Championship (Nice) (the “Sweepstakes”) by Two Circles, Ltd., a company organized and existing under the laws of England, with its registered office at C/O Corporation Service Company (UK) Limited 5 Churchill Place, 10th Floor, London, United Kingdom, E14 5HU, under number 07753583 (the “Promoter”) on behalf of World Triathlon Corporation, a company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (United States of America) with its registered office at 3407 West Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Ste. 100, Tampa, Florida 33607, registered with the trade register of the Florida Department of State under number L14193 (the “Client”).
  2. Eligibility Criteria: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who have received an email invitation to participate and complete the 2025 IRONMAN World Championship (Nice) Attendee Survey provided by the Promoter. The participants must be 18 years of age or older. The Sweepstakes is not open to representatives, agents or employees of the Client,  of the Client Entities and of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Sweepstakes. “Client Entities” means World Triathlon Corporation, each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Client, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.
  3. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random draw, eligible entrants must follow the instructions provided in the survey email received from the Promoter to complete and submit the online survey no later than 11:59pm on October 1st.  Participation in the Sweepstakes is entirely voluntary: eligible individuals have the option to complete the survey without entering the Sweepstakes.
  4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes will begin at 11:59pm CST on September 17th 2025, and end at 11:59pm CST on October 1st 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries not received during the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted.
  5. Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person per email address. You may only use one (1) email address to enter the Sweepstakes. Additional entries received from any person or email address after the first entry received from that person or email address will be void.
  6. Winner Selection: Five (5) winners will be chosen by Promoter via random draw performed by a computer process on October 2, 2025 (“Draw Date”). The odds of being selected as a winner depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
  7. Prizes: Five (5) winners will each receive a gift card valued at €85 (the “Prize(s)”). Limit of one (1) Prize per person.
  8. Winner Notification: Each winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) on or about October 3, 2025 (the “Winner Notification”). Each winner shall respond to the Promoter in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Winner Notification. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of the sending of the Winner Notification, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in Clause 6 above.
  9. Prize Delivery: The Prizes will be sent to each winner by email within two (2) to four (4) weeks from the date of the winner’s response to the Winner Notification.
  10. Prize Conditions: The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  11. Replacement Prizes: The Prizes will be supplied by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of comparable or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
  12. Disclaimer and limitation of Liability: The Client and the Client Entities are not responsible for the administration and promotion of the Sweepstakes and shall have no liability to any participant in connection therewith. The Promoter’s liability shall arise only in the event of proven fault or negligent misconduct and shall be limited to direct damages, excluding any indirect or consequential losses of any kind. In any event, the Promoter’s liability shall be limited to the value of a Prize, which is €85.
  13. Winner List Request: Each participant acknowledges and agrees that, in the event they are declared a winner of a Prize, their first name, surname, and region of residence may be disclosed to any other participant upon request. For the first name, last name and state of each winner (available after October 31, 2025), each participant may send an email to the following address: ironman@twocircles.com . The names of the winners will be provided within fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the request by the Promoter.
  14. Acceptance and compliance with the Sweepstakes Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant expressly acknowledges and accepts to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in the Sweepstakes Official Rules. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of the Sweepstakes Official Rules.
  15. Data Protection: Information regarding the processing of participants’ personal data carried out by the Promoter is available at the following link: https://twocircles.com/gb/privacy-policy-nice-ironman/.
  16. Trademarks and copyrights: The Client’s trademarks and copyrights are used by the Promoter with permission of the Client.
  17. Versions of the Sweepstakes Official Rules: The original version of the Sweepstakes Official Rules is drafted in French. The English translation of the Sweepstakes Official Rules constitutes a faithful translation of the French original version. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict in the interpretation of the provisions of the Sweepstakes Official Rules between the French version and the English translation, the French version shall prevail.
  18. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of France.
  19. Claims and Disputes – Jurisdiction: Any claim relating to the Sweepstakes must be submitted by way of a letter sent by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to the Promoter’s postal address. Any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes must, in the first instance, be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution between the participant and the Promoter. Should an amicable resolution not be achieved, the Client may bring the matter before the court of their place of residence.
