We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world

The fast-paced, dynamic environment at Two Circles provides a unique opportunity to develop a wide range of skills, including but not limited to: 

  • Analyzing client data for insights 
  • Building reports in data visualization tools 
  • Building presentations and presenting insights to clients 
  • Developing digital marketing strategies 
  • Developing paid social campaigns  
  • Building and managing CRM/email campaigns 
  • Conducting market research 

 

Ultimately, the barometer of success for our work is quality results and business growth for our clients, some of which include National Football League, National Lacrosse League, and Universal Tennis. This program is designed to prepare graduating students and graduate students for full-time roles by providing meaningful projects, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities. Pathway program candidates may be considered for full-time opportunities upon completion, based on performance and business needs. 

 

The ideal applicant would demonstrate aptitude in the following areas: 

Required Skills: 

  • Strong academics  
  • Passion for sports, marketing, and data application 
  • Experience, or a keen interest, in the sports business  
  • Passion for identifying trends and stories in data & quantitative analysis skills  
  • Experience in, and an eagerness to learn more about, Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Great self-starting attitude and keen to join an entrepreneurial organization where every working day is different  
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail 
  • Being a team player and going above and beyond for others  
  • Problem-solving and an ability to think outside the box 
  • Strong communication skills 

 

Preferred skills: 

  • Experience in data analytics platforms (i.e., Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau)  
  • Experience in digital marketing platforms and tools (i.e., can build, analyze, optimize CRM/email campaigns, paid search/social)

About the Role 

Program Dates: 8 weeks, starting in mid-June 

Internship Interview Timeline (Virtual or In-Person): December- March  

Paid Opportunity: Compensation in line with our Analyst entry level role 

In-person working: At our New York or Los Angeles office (3x per week minimum) 

Preferred Majors: Marketing or Business, Computer or Data Science, Economics, Sport Management, Mathematics or Statistics
