Two Circles and UEFA Women’s Football
Two Circles have been UEFA’s exclusive sales agency for UEFA Women’s Football (UWF) commercial partners since 2017, including marketing rights to UEFA Women’s EURO (WEURO), UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL), youth competitions, Women’s Futsal EURO and the WePlayStrong Marketing Platform.
In 2024, Two Circles appointment by UEFA and UC3 (the newly formed joint venture between UEFA and the ECA, which controls the commercial and media rights for UEFA Club Competitions, including UWCL) was extended for the 2025/26 to 2029/30 Cycle. Two Circles’ responsibilities were also extended to the global distribution of media rights for UWCL and full partner management responsibilities for all sponsorship and media partners.
Working as an extension of the UWF Team, the Two Circles Partnerships Manager will account manage key partners within the portfolio of global brands which includes PepsiCo, Amazon, Vodafone, Adidas and Carlsberg.
We see our role in partnership management as not only about brilliant servicing of rights, but equally importantly, to build and create value with and for our partners – in turn transforming future revenue potential beyond the current cycle.
Requirements
What you'd be getting up to?
- Day-to-day management of several partners across the UWF portfolio.
- Ensure effective delivery of rights across the various competitions and supporting partners’ marketing activations and campaigns, with a planning-led approach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to commercial partners, guiding rights usage and marketing activations.
- Coordinate and lead account status meetings and support with reporting and performance tracking across accounts.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including UEFA, UC3 and partner agencies, across areas including marketing, social, digital, CRM, commercial operations, ticketing and legal.
- As required, travel within Europe to visit UEFA/UC3 and commercial partners.
We are looking for a Partner Manager who will bring:
- Proven experience (c. 5 years) of managing and activating partnerships for major brands within the sports environment, ideally within European football.
- A strong ability to demonstrate partnership ROI through data analysis.
- A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new solutions/opportunities which deliver value for partners.
- Experience in building lasting working relationships with clients, sponsors and stakeholders, ‘a people person’.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to work and deliver, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- A thorough understanding of the sports sponsorship industry.
- Fluent written and spoken English, other languages beneficial.
