The extension of the relationship , which began in January 2015, has enabled ATP Media to conduct a rigorous analysis and understanding of what influences tennis fans’ behavior across the world. This has helped drive increases in customer growth and improve retention in 2015 as well as assisting with the development planning process ahead of a product revamp at the end of 2016.
In 2016 Tennis TV will stream over 100 ATP World Tour and WTA tournaments featuring over 2,700 live tennis matches including up to 360 matches from eight courts at both the 2016 BNP Paribas Open and 2016 Miami Open tournaments in March.
Stuart Taylor, Digital Director at ATP Media said, “ATP Media sets the benchmark for global tennis production and, in turn, live streaming. Working with Two Circles has allowed us to increase our understanding of tennis fans and their Tennis TV subscription behavior. ATP Media prides itself on being industry-leading and our extended partnership will enable us to drive continued growth and will hopefully be able to provide Tennis TV customers with everything they want, when they want it very soon in the future.”
Ben Woods, Lead Consultant at Two Circles, added: “We are extremely proud of our relationship with ATP Media and are very pleased with the results to date. All credit to the ATP Media team and their relentless vision to innovate and evolve the product, we’re really excited to be part of the journey. Driving commercial returns from innovation in broadcast is an increasingly important part of the work we’re doing for our clients.”
