A Two Circles Analyst helps make sense of the data our clients hold, turning this richness into compelling stories and actionable strategy. One week they will be analyzing the data behind a client customer base, the next building a dashboard in Tableau to present it to a client, while the next running a digital marketing campaign, based off the insight shown. Ultimately the barometer of success is quality results and business growth for our client.

We are hiring for multiple entry-level roles including Analysts with experience across paid media, CRM, or content and social. Some roles will work full-time on specific clients, including on the reporting and marketing for the OTT channel of one of Two Circles’ clients, a top tier American sports organization or across email marketing of a top global sports property.

There’s no set profile for an Analyst, and we welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Checking every box on this list is not a pre-requisite, but evidence of some will definitely help your application:

  • Strong academics
  • Experience of, or a keen interest in, the sports business
  • Passion for identifying trends and stories in data, and strong quantitative fundamentals
  • Experience of Tableau or similar data visualisation tools
  • Experience of digital marketing platforms, such as Braze, and tools i.e. can build, analyze, optimize CRM/email campaigns, paid digital (search, social)
  • Great self-starting attitude and keen to join an entrepreneurial organization where every working day is different
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Being a team player and going above and beyond for others
  • Problem-solving and an ability to think outside the box.

Two Circles’ Rights Management team focuses on sponsorship sales, building compelling, data-driven brand partnership propositions and taking them to market, seeking to deliver greater value and impact for partners whilst driving commercial growth for clients.

A Sales Manager in Two Circles’ Rights Management team helps develop the sponsor acquisition strategy and implementation for a range of Two Circles clients. Working with a team of highly-sophisticated individuals across analytics, operations, sales and design on a project-by-project basis, Sales Managers work in to the Sales Lead to develop world-class sponsorship strategies that generate substantial revenues.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Helping to source and engage potential sponsors on behalf of clients across a range of categories and geographical regions; qualifying prospects; and building relationships
  • Working with the team to build sales strategies for target sponsors, including identifying key decision-makers and developing bespoke marketing messages which best represent clients in the market
  • Understanding and presenting benefits of sponsorship to drive competitive interest in exclusive rights
  • Managing the on-going relationship with Two Circles clients, ensuring collaboration between teams.

A Sales Manager will possess a blend of the following experience, skills and knowledge:

  • Currently performing a sales role or able to demonstrate an excellent track record of success in your current field of work with the ability to quickly adapt to sponsorship sales
  • Proven track record of working within teams to secure significant sponsorship or relevant B2B solution revenues within defined timescales
  • Experience working in a commercial and client-facing role
  • Experience developing creative solutions
  • Experience of calling, pitching to and building relationships with clients across a variety of sectors and regions
  • Strong communication skills and able to perform well under pressure
  • Good attention to detail, whilst maintaining a broad strategic view
  • Excellent team player.

  • Managing the on-going relationship with Two Circles clients, ensuring collaboration between teams and the project is delivering in line with expectations
  • Leading a project-based sales team effectively and ensuring team members are expert representatives of Two Circles clients – well resourced, knowledgeable and presentable to brands
  • Successfully executing competitive processes, resulting in the negotiation and conclusion of high-profile sponsorship deals.

A Sales Lead will possess a blend of the following experience, skills and knowledge:

  • Currently performing a sales role or able to demonstrate an excellent track record of success in your current field of work with the ability to quickly adapt to sponsorship sales quickly
  • Proven and consistent track record of securing significant sponsorship or relevant B2B solution revenues within defined timescales
  • Negotiated high-value, complex, commercial contracts
  • Excellent network of brand contacts, able to call upon an extensive list of international contacts
  • Significant experience working in a commercial and client-facing role
  • Track record of developing creative solutions and strong new business proposals
  • Experience of calling, pitching to and building relationships with C-suite executives and board members across a variety of sectors and regions
  • Strong communication skills and able to perform well under pressure
  • Good attention to detail, whilst maintaining a broad strategic view
  • Excellent team player.

Two Circles Content team maximizes the impact of sports content through consultancy, multi-format content production and channel management. Services include creative and video content production, digital marketing campaigns, strategy, consultancy, full management of digital and social media platforms and commercialisation of digital platforms.

A Lead Consultant (Content) at Two Circles leads across key accounts and teams, overseeing the development and growth of the account’s social channels in accordance with KPIs, and will help shape the overarching long-term strategy. In addition to this, the candidate will need to identify and pursue new business opportunities. The role may require candidates to work on weekends and evenings, and be flexible about working patterns.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing, supporting and developing a team of social producers
  • Management of budget in partnership with Account Director
  • Exploring and understanding bigger opportunities, such as mid-form and longer-form content production, Twitch, utilising our in-house Studio production team as well as talent, players, presenters and influencers
  • Supporting creative processes and ensuring they are best-in-class while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Commissioning and briefing creative and video production teams
  • Building and managing relationships with key clients and suppliers

What we’re looking for

Essential skills:

  • A passion for and knowledge of sport, particularly football and rugby
  • Excellent English and French, written and verbal
  • Extensive experience working on digital content for a high-profile sporting federation or media organisation
  • Impeccable editorial judgment, and wider understanding of how to communicate on behalf of a global brand
  • Detailed knowledge of both paid media and insights
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience of multiple social media platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok
  • In-depth understanding of the wider digital and social media landscape
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

Desirable skills:

  • Intrinsic knowledge of the French social media/digital landscape
  • Competence of a range of important tools such as Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects
  • Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous but not essential.
