A Two Circles Analyst helps make sense of the data our clients hold, turning this richness into compelling stories and actionable strategy. One week they will be analyzing the data behind a client customer base, the next building a dashboard in Tableau to present it to a client, while the next running a digital marketing campaign, based off the insight shown. Ultimately the barometer of success is quality results and business growth for our client.

We are hiring for multiple entry-level roles including Analysts with experience across paid media, CRM, or content and social. Some roles will work full-time on specific clients, including on the reporting and marketing for the OTT channel of one of Two Circles’ clients, a top tier American sports organization or across email marketing of a top global sports property.

There’s no set profile for an Analyst, and we welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Checking every box on this list is not a pre-requisite, but evidence of some will definitely help your application:

  • Strong academics

Two Circles Content team maximizes the impact of sports content through consultancy, multi-format content production and channel management. Services include creative and video content production, digital marketing campaigns, strategy, consultancy, full management of digital and social media platforms and commercialisation of digital platforms.

A Lead Consultant (Content) at Two Circles leads across key accounts and teams, overseeing the development and growth of the account’s social channels in accordance with KPIs, and will help shape the overarching long-term strategy. Essential skills:

  • A passion for and knowledge of sport, particularly football and rugby

  • Extensive experience working on digital content for a high-profile sporting federation or media organisation
  • Impeccable editorial judgment, and wider understanding of how to communicate on behalf of a global brand
  • Detailed knowledge of both paid media and insights

We are currently supporting multiple high-profile clients with product development and require a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. The chosen applicant will initially be working with an international federation on developing their OTT platform for one of the world’s leading sports events.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders to help define the product strategy, roadmap and requirements to deliver a best-in-class digital video customer experience on connected TV platforms
  • As the agile product manager for your designated design and engineering teams, you will organise and motivate them to deliver high-quality output within agreed timeframes
  • Develop and maintain achievable delivery roadmaps and oversee the on-time, on-budget delivery of products and features
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help manage the roadmap and product development process to ensure the right features are delivered at the right time, in the process achieving understanding and buy in
  • Create hypothesis and work with UX teams to create interactive prototypes for user testing. You will care deeply about user experience and delivering for the best experience for fans
  • Run user testing and internal feedback sessions to prove/disprove hypothesis and identify the user needs and key opportunities likely to deliver the best return on investment
  • Define, create & prioritise user stories in the product backlog with accompanying specifications
  • Drive continuous improvement in the product by analysing available data including analytics, customer viewing trends and habits, as well personal insight, to create a competitive advantage

What we’re looking for:

  • A good understanding of the end-to-end software development process with a strong command of agile development processes and rituals
  • Experience working in OTT, in particular connected TV platforms, is preferred but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of techniques for capturing requirements and producing specifications, with the ability to balance business, technical, and operational needs whilst always focusing on the consumer experience
  • Experienced in working with teams of designers, developers, analysts, and testers/QAs

They will use this point of view to shape our Web 3 strategy, which will involve defining our proposition across our business, supporting our teams in winning new work, upskilling our team, and crafting business-wide processes that support all our teams.

Reporting into our Global Director, initially collaborating closely with our Rights Management team, and supported by our Strategy Ops team, they will ensure our Web 3 work aligns with our broader proposition, considering how it can be additive and scalable across all our regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-create a three-year plan for embedding web 3 services into all our client-facing teams
  • Lead a small team of web 3 resource to be deployed across client projects, primarily around consultancy and delivery
  • Act as a conduit between different teams within the business to share opportunities and encourage best practice
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in developing strategies and products using Web 3 capabilities
  • Clear understanding of the tech landscape and its likely evolution

What we’re looking for:

Essential skills:

  • Previous experience working with CDPs, data-driven marketing, analytics, and digital transformation projects
  • Customer Journeys, use case design and reporting
  • Experience in data architecture and the MarTech landscape; preferably with experience working with Data Warehouses, CRM systems, paid media, social, and offline data
  • Working with and managing successful CDP initiatives and delivering capabilities that drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and run stakeholders’ meetings

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to expand our Data Ops and Engineering Team, innovate our technology stack and mature our current ways of working. The Scrum Master role is critical in driving standards, ensuring we continue to deliver a high quality of work for our clients with a growing team of Engineers.

The Scrum Master will own all sprint ceremonies, acting as a facilitator to remove blockers and enable ease of working using Agile principles, as well as ensuring successful delivery by the Engineering Team.

This role will work closely with the Product Team to ensure a high quality of requirements are captured and to help forecast team capacity, enabling long term client delivery planning.

The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of Agile principles and practices and capability for identifying and prioritizing the most critical areas of the delivery. Able to track dependencies and ensure the team are focussed on the right tasks at the right time.

  • Facilitate, coordinate and manage ceremonies such as planning, refinement, stand-ups and retrospectives
