Rita is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant with more than two years of experience across different sectors. Following a successful completion of her Master’s Degree in Statistics and Information Management, her thesis was selected to be published in one of the top journals of the Information Management industry. Before starting her journey in the UK to pursue Data and CRM, Rita worked in the hospitality industry for more than four years and has a degree in Hotel Management. After moving to the UK, she worked as a Data Analyst before becoming a Microsoft Consultant.
Rita has been fencing for the past six years, trying out different swords although her heart belongs to foil. Rita loves nature and outdoor activities, in particular, hiking. Rita also enjoys writing and has published several poems. In 2019, she was invited to work with Packt publisher to review the book Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement by Mahender Pal.
