Lara Sharrock

Lara joined Two Circles in August 2018 as part of the WPP Fellowship, which will see her work at Two Circles for a year before undertaking different disciplines at other WPP agencies. She graduated from Oxford University, where she studied Human Sciences – a mixture of Biology, Geography and Anthropology. The breadth of Lara’s degree choice reflects that of her sport; Lara enjoys everything from horse riding, to modern pentathlon, to skiing and lacrosse.

Lara started horse riding aged 9, and has been working her way up the British Eventing levels over the years, doing her first International Horse Trials in 2017. Lara captained the Oxford Equestrian Blues (1st) team, competing in both BUCS leagues and in the Oxford-Cambridge Varsity match at the Royal Windsor Horse Show and took up Modern Pentathlon, juggling finals with intense periods of training. She also competed in the women’s Blues team for two years, winning the Oxford-Cambridge Varsity match both times.

Not wanting to neglect her love of team sports, Lara spent much of her time at school on a lacrosse pitch, where she captained the school team and played for her County. She carried this forward and played in the Oxford women’s lacrosse team in her first year at university.
