Frankie joined Two Circles in October 2016 with over 10 years’ experience in IT, Business Intelligence and Data Analysis. Having studied Japanese Language and Literature at SOAS, she moved to Japan to work as Cultural Exchange Co-Ordinator on the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme. Returning to the UK after three years abroad, she took her linguistic skills into the IT world where she held project manager roles, becoming the translator between the technology and business management departments. Frankie’s responsibilities have ranged from expanding data infrastructure and aligning global reporting streams to engaging with clients to develop front end deliverables. At Two Circles, Frankie will use her communication skills and business understanding to support and grow the team of developers whilst being the everyday interface between client and development teams.
Frankie played hockey and rounders for her school teams as well as being part of the swimming team before moving into dance and performing arts. While living in Japan, she took up Kendo – both understanding the culture around it and getting into the sport competitively. Frankie was part of the UK Kendo team for more than five years, taking part in more than 11 international competitions, including two World Championships. She has also rowed at the British Rowing Masters Championships, winning both gold and silver at Novice level. More recently she has taken up tennis and got back into swimming with the aim to complete several open water races this year.
