Laura Andriani Promoted to SVP, Consulting

Two Circles has announced that Laura Andriani has been promoted to senior vice president of consulting. Andriani has served as vice president at Two Circles since 2020 focused on helping the world’s leading sports properties navigate rapidly changing consumer behavior to develop new media models.

Named to the Top Women in Media by Cynopsis in 2022, Andriani’s new role will see her continue to lead efforts to uncover innovative ways to drive affinity, retention and commercial value through social content marketing, paid media, CRM, SEO, gaming and creative storytelling.  She will work closely with clients to provide consulting to heighten their experience and drive results for their business.

With an extensive background in international growth marketing and audience development, Andriani uses a mix of marketing strategy and data analytics to help sports rightsholders and governing bodies drive revenue and improve their direct relationships with fans through trailblazing D2C models. Her work includes FIFA+, the D2C streaming product of world football’s governing body and the biggest sports streaming platform launched in the last 12 months, a product whose audience growth and marketing she took from ideation all the way to delivery.

Prior to Two Circles, Andriani spent nearly a decade working to build global audiences at DAZN and ESPN. In two years as head of audience development at DAZN, she managed traffic and subscriber acquisition campaigns for the sports entertainment platform’s multi-language websites and streaming products and was responsible for the growth strategy across several key social media and digital platforms. Over seven years, including the last four as manager of international digital marketing, Andriani built pan-regional strategic digital marketing campaigns for ESPN International’s top-tier events including UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Rio 2016 Olympics, Grand Slam Tennis, NFL and Super Bowl, NBA, X Games and Serie A football.
