  1. Promotion Description: The 2025 World Baseball Classic World Qualifiers Attendee Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on March 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on March 20, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Two Circles, Ltd., C/O Corporation Service Company (UK) Limited, 5 Churchill Place, 10th Floor, London, United Kingdom, E14 5HU (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be binding and final in all respects. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules upon entry. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Official Rules.

2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who have (i) attended the 2025 World Baseball Classic World Qualifiers, and (ii) received an email invitation to participate and complete the 2025 World Baseball Classic World Qualifiers Attendee Survey provided by Sponsor. Entrants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and 18 years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective state of permanent residence at time of entry. Sweepstakes is not open to the general public. Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, or related third parties directly associated with the administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as their families, are not eligible to enter or win. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees, and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, as well as any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and will be subject to all federal and local laws and regulations.

3. How to Enter: This Sweepstakes is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Eligible entrants may submit an entry through either of the following methods:

  • Follow the instructions provided in the survey email received from Sponsor to complete and submit the online survey no later than 11:59 p.m. MST on March 20, 2025; or
  • Follow the instructions provided in the email received from Sponsor to confirm entry into the Sweepstakes no later than 11:59pm MST on March 20, 2025.

4. Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person per email address, regardless of the method of entry. You may only use one (1) email address to enter the Sweepstakes. Additional entries received from any person or email address after the first entry received from that person or email address will be void. Sponsor accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, or satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.

5. Winner Selection: Six (6) potential winners will be chosen by Sponsor via random draw performed by a computer process on or about March 21, 2025 (“Draw Date”). The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

6. Prizes: Six (6) winners will each receive an Amazongift card valued at $100 USD. Limit of one (1) prize per person.

7. Winner Notification: Each potential winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) on or about March 22, 2025. If a potential winner does not respond to Sponsor within 7 business days of being notified by Sponsor, the potential winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will be entitled to select another potential winner in accordance with the process described above.

8. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be sent to each winner by email within two (2) to four (4) weeks from the date of winner verification.

9. Prize Conditions: All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. All prizes will be supplied by Sponsor, who reserves the right to replace or substitute any prize with an alternative prize of comparable or higher value, in its sole discretion, for any reason.

10. General Rules; Limitation of Liability: Winner(s) will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges (if applicable), including (but not limited to) fees or costs associated with the prize they receive, as well as the reporting consequences thereof. Other restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. By entering Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, incomplete, late, delayed, inaccurate, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries or surveys; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, or telephone systems; lost entries or transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in transmission, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), cable, satellite, or other connections, including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software, or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; garbled, misrouted, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions; printing, typographical, or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or downloading of materials from or use of the website, including, without limitation, the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball event, errors, or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, surveys, or email, or the announcement of the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Sweepstakes if it becomes necessary to do so. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner it deems appropriate. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. All decisions made by Sponsor regarding any aspect of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

11. Winners List/Official Rules Request: To obtain a copy of the Winners List or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: World Baseball Classic World Qualifiers 2025 Attendee Survey Sweepstakes, 30 W 26th St., 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10010. Requests for the names of winner(s) must be received no later than one (1) year after the Sweepstakes Period has ended.

12. Dispute Resolution: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: 1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; 2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; and 3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Data Protection: No personal data supplied during the course of this Sweepstakes will be shared or processed outside of this Sweepstakes.

14. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, and entrants to the Sweepstakes submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New York, New York.

We also may disclose information collected from and about you as follows: (1) with vendors, consultants, contractors and other service providers who carry out work on our behalf and improve the products and services they provide to us; (2) as necessary if we believe that there has been a violation of our rights or the rights of any third party; (3) to respond to legal process (such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order) and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; (4) in the event that our business or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets; and (5) with your consent or at your direction.

CHILDREN

The survey is not directed to children, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen without verifiable parental consent.  If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us promptly as described below, and we will endeavor to investigate and delete such information from our systems.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, California law provides you with the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • The right to know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed and sold about you, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information, the categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • The right to correct inaccuracies in your personal information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of the processing.
  • The right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected about you.
  • The right to opt out of the selling or sharing of your personal information.
  • The right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information.

To submit any of the above requests, you may contact us at dpo@twocircles.com. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request your behalf. When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we will verify your identity by asking you to provide your email address. We may also use a third party verification provider to verify your identity. We will endeavor to honor such requests unless such a request conflicts with certain lawful exemptions under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018. Please note that we are only required to honor requests to know twice in a 12-month period.

We do not discriminate against California residents who exercise any of their rights described in our privacy policy. The fact that you have elected to exercise these rights will have no adverse effect on the price and quality of our products or services.

In addition, in the last 12 months, we have not sold or shared any personal information about you.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may change this privacy policy from time to time, including as required to keep current with rules and regulations, new technologies and security standards. When we do, we will post the change(s) on our Site.  If we change the policy in a material and retroactive manner, we will provide appropriate notice to you.
