As a leading agency working with World Rugby, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Content Creators for the Women's Rugby World Cup 2025.

This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in one of the most prestigious tournaments in women's rugby.

You will work closely with teams, athletes and officials, capturing the highs and lows of the competition while showcasing the passion, skill, and dedication that defines the women's game.

You will have the chance to develop engaging content that resonates with fans and elevates the profiles of our athletes.

We want your creativity to shine as you bring stories to life across Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 and team social media channels as well as Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 digital channels.

You will have the opportunity to be a part of a learning and development programme where experts in the sports industry can support your ambitions to thrive in the industry after the tournament.

This is a paid, full-time, fixed-term contract role.

Your main duties & responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality behind-the-scenes content during the Women's Rugby World Cup 2025
  • Create engaging, on-brand social media content that highlights player stories, tournament narratives, and memorable moments
  • Collaborate with other content creators and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging
  • Manage social media postings and engage with fans to build community around the tournament

Requirements

The background and skills we are looking for include:

  • Experience in content creation, particularly in a sports or live event setting
  • A passion for women's sports, particularly rugby, and an understanding of how to effectively communicate its narratives
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and social media platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience in community management or fan engagement
  • Knowledge of trends in digital media and content strategy

Role requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK, or eligible for a UK work visa. We are able to support successful candidates through the visa process
  • You must be available to work from the start of August until the end of September
