The Role 

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Traffic Manager to help our creative and production teams do their best work, every day. Based in Kansas City, you’ll play a key role in resourcing and scheduling across our Creative and Production teams — ensuring that the right teammates are in the right place at the right time. 

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, manage our pool of talented freelancers, and help us track, balance, and optimize Two Circlers across projects.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Resource Management: Own day-to-day resourcing for Creative and Production teams—matching teammates and freelancers to project needs based on skill, availability, and timeline to maintain a tight execution schedule. 
  • Scheduling & Workload Balancing: Maintain visibility into workloads, timelines, and upcoming capacity across all creative and production projects. 
  • Freelance Management: Build and manage our network of freelance talent across creative and production roles. Maintain up-to-date records in Airtable and support onboarding and scheduling. 
  • System Management: Use Parallax to track resourcing, forecast future needs, and inform project scoping conversations. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with producers, project leads, and creatives to understand briefs, flag bottlenecks, and shift resources in real time when needed. 
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Help build visibility for leadership around resourcing needs, freelance usage, and pipeline demands. 

 

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You... 

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in a traffic or resourcing role, preferably in a creative or production environment. 
  • Are highly organized, calm under pressure, and energized by managing multiple moving pieces. 
  • Enjoy working with both people and systems—balancing creative needs with operational realities. 
  • A great understanding of the creative process and how to see ideas through from conception to execution 
  • Are a strong communicator, able to connect with creatives, producers, and freelancers alike. 
  • Have experience (or are quick to learn) tools like Parallax, Airtable, Monday.com, Trello, or similar. 
  • Are curious, solutions-focused, and genuinely care about helping teams succeed.
