Two Circles are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our technology team. The successful candidate will work in tandem with our in-house team and partners to create innovative and fan-centric digital products that are visually impactful, offer seamless user experiences and deliver maximum value for Two Circles clients.

What You Will Do
As a Junior Product Designer at Two Circles, your role will be multi-faceted, contributing to various stages of the design process, including ideation, research, UX design, concepting, prototyping, UI design and more.
Your work will support winning, undertaking and executing projects for our clients - designing digital products that impact millions of sports fans around the world.
As a member of our digital products team, you'll play an integral role in high-profile client work, collaborating closely with our experienced product and design teams. You’ll also contribute to the wider business, advocating for design and showcasing its value through presentations and client-facing engagements.
You will be surrounded by a motivated and passionate team who will mentor and support you. You’ll have the opportunity to explore areas of interest within and beyond your core role and learn from some of the most talented minds in the sports-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity, pixel-perfect visual designs that captivate and engage sports fans.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile, blending great UX with impactful brand expression.
- Build wireframes, prototypes and concepts to communicate ideas and solutions clearly.
- Contribute to the development of site maps, information architectures and user personas to understand needs and behaviours.
- Conduct user research and usability testing using tools like Usertesting and Google Analytics to uncover issues and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to align concepts with technical feasibility and product goals.
- Work alongside engineering teams (Front-End, iOS, Android), preparing detailed hand-off materials to support accurate implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, adapting design approaches to meet the needs of sports audiences and business goals.
Other Responsibilities
- Contribute to the evolution and upkeep of design systems and frameworks, supporting more senior designers in ensuring consistency and quality across products.
- Support the development of user journey maps that illustrate flows across multiple touchpoints and scenarios.
- Participate in internal workshops and client meetings to shape ideas and gather feedback.
- Provide design support for business development efforts - creating compelling visuals for pitches, proposals and client-facing materials.
- Explore new tools and technologies, including AI-powered methods, to improve design quality and team efficiency.
- Actively seek and incorporate feedback, continually developing your skills and creative judgment.
Ideal Candidate & Skills
We’re looking for ambitious, driven designers with strong foundational skills and a passion for growing in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
The ideal background and skills include:
- A strong visual design portfolio, demonstrating attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to simplify complex interactions.
- Highly proficient in Figma.
- Awareness of prototyping tools (e.g. Protopie, Principle, or similar).
- Interest in research methods for identifying user needs and pain points.
- Some understanding of how design systems support consistent product development.
- Good understanding of iOS and Android platform conventions and mobile design principles.
- Adaptable, open-minded and eager to take ownership of your work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
The Following Are a Bonus
- Experience with advanced prototyping tools or motion design to enhance user interaction.
- Previous agency or client-facing experience.
- Experience in evolving brand identities for digital applications.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
