About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven Director, Sponsorship Valuation to lead the development of robust valuation methodologies and revenue models that shape high-value sponsorship strategies for rights holders and brands.

This role sits within the Partnership Consulting team, which advises clients across sponsorship and venue development with a focus on go-to-market strategy and ROI frameworks. Our work enables organizations to quantify commercial impact, optimize partnership structures, and guide long-term investment decisions.

The Director will be responsible for asset valuation, marquee package valuation, sponsorship strategy, and the development of comprehensive models that project and optimize sponsorship revenue.

This role is central to shaping how rights holders and brands quantify, structure, and optimize sponsorship investments. The Director, Sponsorship Valuation will directly influence go-to-market strategy, commercial architecture, and long-term revenue growth for leading organizations across sports and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship Asset & Package Valuation

  • Lead valuation of sponsorship assets across sports, entertainment, and venue properties
  • Develop defensible methodologies for pricing individual assets and integrated sponsorship packages
  • Structure and value marquee partnerships, including naming rights and flagship agreements
  • Ensure valuation frameworks reflect market dynamics, brand objectives, and performance benchmarks

Revenue Modeling & Commercial Forecasting

  • Build and oversee sponsorship revenue projection models across new and existing properties
  • Develop long-term commercial forecasts to support venue development and strategic growth initiatives
  • Stress-test revenue assumptions and scenario-plan across varying commercial strategies
  • Translate modeling outputs into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders

Sponsorship Strategy & Go-To-Market Advisory

  • Support clients in defining sponsorship architectures, tiering strategies, and inventory packaging
  • Design go-to-market strategies that maximize commercial yield and long-term partnership value
  • Align valuation outputs with sales strategy and positioning narratives
  • Advise on pricing strategy, renewal negotiations, and portfolio optimization

ROI & Impact Frameworks

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design ROI frameworks that quantify commercial impact
  • Integrate performance data, brand lift metrics, and commercial outcomes into valuation logic
  • Help clients make data-driven decisions around long-term sponsorship investment

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead cross-functional teams across analytics, research, and consulting
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Contribute to thought leadership and continuous innovation in valuation methodologies
  • Support business development through proposal development and client presentations

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sponsorship valuation, partnership consulting, commercial strategy, or sports/entertainment advisory
  • Strong financial modeling expertise with the ability to build complex, defensible revenue projections
  • Experience valuing integrated sponsorship packages, including naming rights and premium assets
  • Deep understanding of sponsorship economics, pricing strategy, and partnership structures
  • Ability to synthesize quantitative analysis into clear commercial recommendations
  • Strong executive presence and client-facing experience

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
