Role
We are looking for a Delivery Lead to play a key role in delivering Two Circles’ digital products and client workstreams.
You will work across clients and projects of varying scale: managing multiple smaller workstreams concurrently, or leading a medium-to-large client build project.
You will coordinate Client Leads, Product, Engineering, QA, commercial teams and third-party vendors to ensure work is planned, communicated, commercially managed and focused on maximising value for clients.
A key aspect of this role is contributing to and helping lead the evolution of a global support capability within Two Circles.
You will be successful if you are organised, proactive and able to bring clarity to uncertainty. You should apply ways of working and governance that help teams move quickly while maintaining internal and external alignment. You must be comfortable getting into the detail, wearing multiple hats when required, and working confidently with client stakeholders and technical teams.
This is a Hybrid role based in Melbourne, Australia, working closely with teams across multiple time zones including Europe, North America and South Asia. Two days per week spent in our Melbourne office preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery across a range of digital products, platforms and client workstreams for Australian and global clients.
- Manage delivery from discovery through to launch, release or ongoing iteration, including planning, prioritisation, QA, UAT and deployment coordination.
- Apply and refine practical delivery governance, ways of working and communication rhythms that help teams move quickly while maintaining clarity, alignment and accountability.
- Coordinate Client Leads, Product, Engineering, QA, commercial teams, third-party vendors and client stakeholders so ownership, decisions, dependencies and status are clear.
- Build and manage delivery plans and resource plans, covering timelines, milestones, capacity, dependencies, priorities and trade-offs.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers and constraints early, escalating appropriately and agreeing practical mitigation or resolution steps.
- Manage project budgets, time spent, commercial performance and third-party vendor delivery to support well-controlled and profitable engagements.
- Stay close to the technical detail across areas such as APIs, databases, mobile apps, integrations and digital platforms, and be comfortable wearing multiple hats when required, including triaging production issues and communicating status updates or resolution details to clients
Requirements
Skills and competencies
- Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Delivery Lead, Customer Success Lead, Project/Account Manager or a similar role.
- Experience in delivery roles within digital or technology environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and QA
- Experience managing delivery pipelines and support workflows
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in technical environments
- Ability to foster a continuous improvement, high velocity mindset amongst the team.
- The confidence to make decisions without perfect information.
- High attention to detail and natural curiosity towards problem solving.
Desirable
- Agency or consultancy experience will be valuable.
- A keen interest in sport or the sports business and real interest in the positive effects we have on our client’s businesses.
