This week marks the first of a series of global Wellbeing Weeks taking place at Two Circles across 2023, with the aim of promoting positive mental and physical health and understanding of the benefits of work-life balance, exercise and financial wellness for Two Circlers worldwide.
Wellbeing Weeks will be hosted in each of Two Circles’ six global offices throughout the year, kicking off in May in London, with Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Bern and Melbourne to follow during 2023. Within each week, the team will raise awareness of the company benefits available throughout the year, in addition to bonus events and activities to promote good mental health in the workplace and boost team relationships.
Alathea Forsyth, People and Wellbeing Lead at Two Circles, is hoping that shining a light on the benefits of wellbeing in the workplace will increase understanding and awareness to help Two Circlers throughout the year.

Alathea joined Two Circles alongside the LiveWire Sport team in February 2022 and spent the first year at the business building relationships with Two Circlers and planning how best to complement different elements of the benefits’ packages available. Now Alathea aims to increase the focus on wellbeing throughout the company, every day.
Wellbeing Weeks will form an important part of the wider Wellbeing programme for 2023. Within each week the team will raise the profile of mental health in the workplace, promote a healthy lifestyle, boost team relationships, encourage improved work life balance, exercise, and financial wellness.
This week in the UK, Two Circles is encouraging members from their team to share stories about wellbeing, while Wellbeing champions in different offices will form support teams that can help employees who may be facing difficulties. Two Circles will also be training mental health first aiders, who will be equipped to respond to difficult situations.
“My role as a People and Wellbeing Lead is quite broad and constantly evolving,” says Alathea. “I communicate with employees and line managers to ensure the wellbeing of all Two Circlers.”
“I check in with people and line managers and liaise with operations managers globally. I work on training, development, and recruitment with the content team, as well as ensuring we’re prepared for changes in the work landscape. I also work on important initiatives such as International Women’s Day.”

How do you help Two Circlers?
“I find support for those who are struggling and may need time off. For more serious issues, I use resources like the Vitality programme or tap into external support network. I also work with line managers on things like work allocation and support, and can help employees who may be hesitant to raise issues to their managers.”
What was it like joining as part of an acquisition?
“It quickly became clear that Two Circles had the same family ethos, values, and culture as we had at LiveWire Sport. The size and scale are obviously different, but so are the opportunities! Two Circles team days and sports clubs have also been great ways to integrate. Everyone loves sport.”
How can team culture and spirit thrive in a global environment?
“Although there are different people, personalities, backgrounds and cultures in all our offices around the world, we are all one team, and we want to ensure that all offices share the Two Circles environment. Little things can make a big difference, such as free lunch on Wednesdays, in building a healthy team culture that we can all be proud of.”
The next Two Circles Wellbeing Week will take place 22nd to 26th May in Bern.
