Two Circles Flywheel to drive next three year strategy

Posted on December 21, 2022 By Jason White

Two Circles has revealed more details of its next three year strategy, our fifth and biggest co-creation to date, written by our team, for our team, with input from every level, team and region.

Powering us through until the end of 2025, the Flywheel Strategy reflects the positive wider impact of our work, with continued investment in our team, clients, countries we operate in and capabilities we offer. There is an emphasis on the frictionless connections between them – enabling us to be a bigger and better Two Circles, and as a result, influence a bigger and better sports industry.

Within that growth, audiences, engagement and value will play a key role, with Two Circles’ overarching ambition to connect them even more effectively and efficiently than ever.

Driven by over 50,000 words of feedback and thousands of hours of conversations between our teams around the world, we will be rolling out a series of initiatives between January 2023 to December 2025 to help us deliver our strategy.

Written by our team, for our team.

Gareth Balch, CEO and co-founder, Two Circles, said: “This is a strategy by Two Circlers, for Two Circlers. With it, I believe we will create an era where sports puts fans at its heart; where experiences are inclusive, not exclusive; people-focused rather than dominated by political agendas; digitally enabled, data driven with more relevance to fans than ever before.

Our clients, countries and capabilities will drive this growth, forming key components of the Two Circles flywheel, making it – and in turn, the sports industry flywheel – more than the sum of its parts. Because we know fans best.”
