Two Circles, the global leader in data-driven sports marketing, announces the appointment of Scott Tilton as Senior Vice President for its North American operations. Tilton is widely recognized as a pioneer in SponTech, the convergence of sponsorship and technology to maximize investments across the sports ecosystem. As co-founder and former CEO of Hookit, he revolutionized sponsorship measurement with the first AI-driven analytics platform, helping brands optimize investments and achieve measurable results by understanding the true impact their sponsorships generated in social, and digital media.

Under Tilton’s leadership, Hookit scaled rapidly, growing revenue from $2 million in 2016 to a $10 million run rate by 2021, and became a trusted partner for global brands such as Nike, Red Bull, Audi, Rolex, Ford, EA Sports, Visa, Mastercard, and over 100 others. This success led to Hookit’s acquisition by KORE, a leading intelligence platform specializing in fan engagement and sponsorship analytics, in 2022, where Tilton took on the role of Executive Vice President and Board Observer. In these roles, he continued to shape the sports technology landscape, culminating in KORE’s integration into Two Circles in 2024.
