Meet Melissa Chapman, who joins Two Circles as Group Executive Director to supercharge content offering

Posted on February 18, 2026 By Two Circles

Melissa joins Two Circles as Group Executive Director, leading our content capability globally, bringing with her more than a decade of experience building audiences, brands and revenues. “I’m very excited to be here. Sport and entertainment have always been a passion point for me, so to apply everything I’ve learned about building content and communities to this industry feels like a brilliant fit.”

Melissa’s career started early, very early. While still in her final year at university, she secured a role as the first employee at Jungle Creations. There was just one issue: her dissertation. “I had to get permission from my university to submit it early so I could start full-time. I had two weeks to write it, which I did.”

At 19, she went on to spend 11 years at Jungle, helping grow the business from an early-stage start-up into a scaled social publishing company with more than 150 million followers across its channels, including Twisted and Four Nine.

With a background in journalism, she started as a website writer before moving into content leadership as the company expanded into video. She later became Chief Content Officer and, following the sale of the business and the founder’s exit, stepped into the CEO role, leading the company for the next six years.

As Group Executive Director, Content, Melissa will be charged with accelerating the growth of Two Circles’ global content offering, which already supports the likes of Premier League, ECB, World Rugby, Wimbledon, CFP, NFL and EA SPORTS.

Why Two Circles?

So what prompted the move into sport?

“Kat McCreadie,” Melissa says. “We had one conversation and I was completely bought into the vision. We genuinely do enable our clients to know fans best. Being able to sit at that intersection, and work in sport and entertainment, which so many people care deeply about, is exciting.”

Quick Fire Questions with Melissa

Coffee or tea?
Coffee. Always coffee.

How many coffees a day?
More than five… which I’m not particularly proud of.

Early bird or night owl?
A bit of both, but probably more of an early-evening person if I had the choice.

Biggest myth about being an executive?
That you need to have all the answers. You don’t. Good leadership is about asking the right questions and working through things together.

Worst corporate buzzword?
I’m not sure I can answer that because I’m guilty of using them. I do love a phrase like “make hay while the sun shines”.

If you weren’t doing this job, what would you be doing?
I’m in my dream job. But long term, as a Spurs fan, I’d love to work with the club in some capacity.

One rule you always break at work?
Calendar management. I move meetings around more than I probably should.

One thing that excites you about Two Circles?
The ambition. It’s a strong business with a clear proposition, and there’s so much potential in what we can build together.
