Sport Industry Awards shortlist 2021

Across 14 categories, teams, leagues, brands, media and agencies were recognised for using innovation and creativity during the greatest period of challenge and uncertainty in our industry’s history.

Two Circles clients recognised for their industry-leading work with fans, partners and across their communities included AC Milan, Ascot, ATP Tour, British Cycling, Chelsea FC, ECB, The FA, Formula One, Harlequins, International Tennis Federation, Liverpool FC, LTA, Manchester United, Matchroom Boxing, NFL, Premiership Rugby, The R&A, Rugby League World Cup 2021, UEFA and the Women’s Sports Trust.

For the eighth year in a row, Two Circles was also shortlisted for Agency of the Year. This means at the 2021 Awards in September Two Circles will be looking to retain the title having been named Agency of the Year in 2020 for the third time.

The shortlisted NFL entry in the Data and Business Impact category was a joint submission with Two Circles titled ‘Driving NFL Game Pass International consumption with Personas’.

In 2020/21, despite disruption to the regular season schedule, the cancellation of the entire pre-season and the Pro Bowl – key content for GPI subscribers – the platform had its best season on record with both total consumption and subscribers growing by sizeable double-digit numbers year-on-year.
