Support Analyst

Working in a fast and dynamic environment, supporting clients remotely will be your primary task. With on the job training and the opportunity to learn new skills and methodologies, we will soon expect you to:

• Customers come to you with questions about their data and their marketing campaigns. Because you are the "super user" of the applications and have knowledge of best practices, you ensure that customers get the most out of their data and tools.
• Up-to-date technological skills are pre-eminently, in which you are able to quickly master new software programs. It is a job where you get all the freedom and responsibility in a flexible working environment.
• We manage large amounts of complex information and data for our clients, and your analytical skills come into their own. You also have a feeling for Marketing and Campaign management.
• Develop in depth understanding of the data warehouse
• Help manage the support ticket system
• Run SQL scripts to deploy internal products and make changes to databases
• Write simple SQL scripts to produce counts/extract data for targeted campaigns

Requirements

• You have at least a Bachelor degree working and thinking level Have a degree in either science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
• You are proactive and flexible, so that you are not frightened of ad hoc activities.
• As a person you are a nice, smooth personality, enthusiastic, representative, service-oriented, social, independent and communicative.
• You do not shy away from small operational activities
• You communicate easily in English, both orally and in writing. Dutch, Spanish, German or French is a plus.
• Have a degree in either science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
• Love to learn and work with new software, products and technologies
• Have an affinity with data and software
• Are comfortable handling, analysing and manipulating large amounts of data
• Are proactive and a flexible self-starter
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL, HTML, relational databases or design would be a plus, but not required  Specific skills such as SQL, HTML, Python, R or Design are a plus
