Our Media Rights & Live Production business helps rights holders navigate today’s fast-changing media landscape. We provide data-driven insights, package rights for market, and unlock new revenue streams. Through our Staylive platform, we power hundreds of streaming services, and our live production department offers remote solutions and content curation that help rights holders reach new audiences.
We’re now looking for a driven sales professional to join our Bern-based commercial team and accelerate the growth of our Media Rights & Live Production business. This role is about building partnerships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals that expand the reach and impact of our sports content portfolio.
Role Responsibilities
- Selling our portfolio of media rights across different international markets.
- Developing creative sales strategies to maximize value in your assigned territory.
- Leading business development initiatives
- Working closely with both internal and external partners, broadcasters, and clubs to package and present rights in an impactful way.
- Supporting group-wide projects such as friendly match packages and UEFA-related offerings.
- Collaborating with colleagues across production, distribution, and marketing to deliver a complete, professional service to clients.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong commercial instincts and proven experience in sales (ideally in sports, media, or entertainment). Or; previous commercial roles from sports federations, leagues or events.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys networking and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who sees opportunities where others don’t and isn’t afraid to chase them.
- Structured and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize across different markets and projects.
- Comfortable working internationally and open to travel when needed.
- A proactive team player who can also take ownership and drive projects independently.
