Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally. A pioneering rights-sales capability, successfully marketing the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record impact for brands.

We have led and closed over $2.5bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including for Mercedes F1, UEFA Women’s Football, the New Zealand All Blacks, Arsenal, AC Milan and Chelsea.

Scope of Role

An outstanding opportunity to lead and grow our Rights Management capability in the Americas. This role will be responsible for leading a world class sales team that is responsible for delivering some of the largest deals in sport, with the world’s most premium rights holders. Alongside supporting the acquisition of new rights and the enhancing the scope across all Two Circles clients.

You will work in a team of highly sophisticated individuals across analytics, operations, sales and design to assist in the development of world class sponsorship strategies that generate substantial revenues for Two Circles clients. This includes identifying, engaging and securing high value sponsors leveraging the bespoke and premium approach developed by Two Circles.

The Two Circles model is disrupting the traditional in-house approach to sponsor acquisition and is underpinned by exceptional professionalism, entrepreneurial insight, outstanding intellect and unparalleled rigour.

The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:

  • Leading a high performing sales team and support functions. Nurture and develop high potential talent at Two Circles to be our leaders of the future
  • Managing and building trusted relationships with C-Level executives at key global rights holders and brands
  • Execute projects with creativity and purpose, ensuring world class service levels
  • Delivering in market with tenacity with a focus on inspiring brands and maximizing value for our clients
  • A leader in our business and acting as a conduit between consultancy, technology and content
  • Drive innovation, with new ways of thinking of how we sell rights to brands, and expand on our capabilities through selling on emotion and rationalizing with data
  • Pro-actively source and engage potential sponsors on behalf of clients across a range of categories and geographical regions; select and qualify prospects, securing in person meetings and build relationships
  • Build relationships and influence senior business decision makers across different sectors and markets across the world
  • Successfully executing competitive processes, resulting in the negotiation and conclusion of high-profile sponsorship deals

Requirements

  • A proven track record of delivering multiple sizeable sponsorship deals with premium global rights holders.
  • Experience leading large high performing sales teams.
  • High levels of influence and persuasion, and experience in negotiation.
  • Confidence to network with C Suite individuals.
  • Significant experience working in a commercial and client facing role.
  • Experience working across different countries, cultures and time zones
  • Customer focused mind-set.
  • Strong communication skills and able to perform well under pressure
