Two Circles Taps Donna Tuths as President, Americas, to Lead Next Era of Growth and Innovation

Today we announced the appointment of Donna Tuths as President, Americas. A pioneering executive who has fueled more than $1 billion in growth for some of the world’s most iconic brands, Tuths will spearhead Two Circles’ next phase of expansion as it reshapes how sports and entertainment connect with fans around the globe.

In her new role, Tuths will oversee commercial strategy and client partnerships throughout the Americas region, with a focus on driving revenue growth for rights-holders and brands. She will be responsible for accelerating new business development, expanding Two Circles’ presence in key markets, and enhancing the value the company delivers through data-driven marketing, fan engagement, and monetization strategies.

Immediately prior to joining Two Circles, Tuths was a strategic adviser, board member, and executive consultant, working with investors, founders, and C-suite leaders to accelerate growth at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology. In these roles, she provided hands-on support as an interim CEO, growth advisor, and board chair for companies including Gryphon Investors, CIVC, Infinite Reality, and Accenture Song.

Before her advisory work, she was Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Transformation and Innovation Officer at Sutherland Global, a $1.4 billion privately held digital transformation company operating in 16 countries, with clients including Amazon, Disney, ESPN, Uber and AT&T. There, she led enterprise growth initiatives and guided the reinvention of the company’s brand and capabilities.

Tuths has deep credentials in digital transformation, having founded and served as Global Head of Cognizant Interactive, building a global digital services agency that generated $4 billion in revenue. Recognized by Ad Age as North America’s largest digital agency in its first year, Cognizant Interactive ultimately employed 16,000 people across 53 offices, delivering industry-leading work for clients including Google, Facebook, Netflix, Twitter, AT&T, PepsiCo, American Express, and Merck.

Ms. Tuths also co-founded Accenture Interactive (now Accenture Song), where she launched their global content business, disrupting the traditional agency business–building a $1 billion business practice in four years, and supporting brands such as Disney, Uber, Unilever, Verizon, Nestlé, and Fiat in reimagining marketing for the experience era.
