Two Circles' Content capability maximizes the impact of sports content through consultancy, multi-format content production and channel management. Services include creative and video content production, digital marketing campaigns, strategy, consultancy, full management of digital and social media platforms and commercialization of digital platforms. 

We’re looking for an experiences Social Media Manager who is immersed in the world of Formula 1. You live and breathe the sport, know what resonates with different audiences on social and can ideate, produce and edit content that has as broad a reach and impact as possible. 

You know how and why audiences interact with social content, understand what success on the different platforms looks like and how to replicate that success. You’ll be at home talking to fans, like a fan – cultivating communities on behalf of our clients. 

You are comfortable working alongside a team of other social media experts, crafting the perfect posts that will excite and delight across our clients’ channels, for some of the most recognizable sports rightsholders in the world. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • A social media native who understands the unique platforms, its trends and engagement intimately (Instagram, X, TikTok) 
  • Concepting, editing, and producing cutting-edge content for both static and video social output 
  • Maximizing event coverage to ensure the very best content is presented on social in a dynamic, creative, and engaging way 
  • Staying “always-on” to motorsport and cultural trends, proactively spotting opportunities for real-time content and brand engagement 
  • Generating and pitching compelling ideas that drive engagement on our clients' channels 
  • Serving as an internal expert, advising and developing alongside social media and creative teams to generate unrivalled vertical video content and strategies 
  • Adapting to various channels with distinct tones of voice 

Must Haves: 

  • Extensive experience of creating social content, ideally for a motorsports team or organization 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sports, particularly Formula 1 
  • Fully versed in the cultural spaces of sport and how that translates into great content 
  • Comfortable working with a range of content types, from utilizing highlights and breathing new life into existing archive footage, to maximizing on-site event coverage and working with Creators, influencers, fans and athletes 
  • Ability to work under tight and, owing to the nature of live sport, fluctuating deadlines 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop 
  • A proactive attitude, coupled with a desire to consistently improve the accounts you help manage 
  • Ability to work around the Formula 1 race calendar including nights, early mornings and weekends 
  • Capability to thrive under the unique pressures of live publishing 
  • Professional-level proficiency with Microsoft Office 

Nice to Haves: 

  • Good knowledge of the creator/influencer landscape 
  • In-app video editing capabilities with Capcut, Slate and other relevant apps as well as proficiency in Premiere Pro 
  • Experience in front of camera 
  • Experience presenting to clients 
  • A grasp of insights and reporting
