Two Circles is a global sports marketing agency that uses data to drive commercial growth for over 300 of the world’s leading sports properties including the NFL, Premier League, UEFA, and Wimbledon. Its Rights Management team focuses on sponsorship sales, with storytelling & selling on emotion at the forefront of our partnership propositions and taking them to market, seeking to deliver greater value and impact for partners whilst driving commercial growth for clients.

To date, the European arm of the Rights Management division has secured $1.2bn in sponsorship revenue for their clients. Delivering some of the biggest partnerships in world sport for the likes of the All Blacks, Chelsea Football Club, AC Milan and Mercedes Formula 1. The Rights Management team is supported by a 60 strong team of creative, strategy, insight & ops professionals (22 of which are creatives).

This role is perfect for an agile video editor with a can-do attitude looking to grow along with the team, bringing to life partnership campaign & activation concepts for various brands and sports properties. Pulling together the best in class marketing materials across different editing styles.

Requirements

We are recruiting for a Junior Video Editor to join our team. The role of a video editor has a variety of duties which include but are not limited to;

• A good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects,

• Knowledge of different editing trends

• A basic understanding of Photoshop and InDesign (not compulsory but a bonus)

• Self-motivated, interested in learning, improving, and developing new skills.

• Ability to follow direction whilst also thinking outside the box

• A great ear for music

• Self-starting attitude, adaptable, and a problem-solver and works well within a team

• Great communicator as you will be working with a variety of teams on each project

• Eagerness to join an entrepreneurial organisation where every working day is different

• A resilient, positive outlook. Someone who's comfortable with a fast-paced work environment

• Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail

• Knowledge and passion for the sports sector (not compulsory but a bonus)

• Video editor qualification or similar

• This role would be suitable for junior

Central to these responsibilities will be collaboration with all departments (sales, operations, and insights) to develop sales materials, and maximize efficiencies and output.

To succeed as a Junior Video editor, you should have original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, a successful video editor should be able to create a story within an video edit, be open to learning more and create impressive sizzles edits that promote the company’s vision. Experience of, or a keen interest in, the business of sport is not a prerequisite but will definitely help your application.
