We have a team of over 950 Two Circlers working from 14 cities across APAC, North America, and EMEA, serving our expanding international client base. 

KORE Planning and Insights Team consults with clients on a variety of business intelligence, strategy and reporting initiatives. Team members have a client-facing role and work as an extension of the client’s BI and data teams. This new role will report to the Sr.Consultant, Analytics and be responsible for collaborating with other members of the KPI team.

This role will primarily assist with CRM administration, customizations, implementations and integrating third-party applications. They will also be involved in building and designing CRM reports and visualizations.

The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, detail-oriented, data-focused, and have a strong ability to work well in a team-based setting. This includes a customer service disposition and the ability to collaborate both with internal and external teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position will devote their time to CRM administration, customizations, implementations, reporting and third-party applications integrations. Although we expect this role to expand as skills and experience grow, the following is an estimated breakdown of where we expect this individual’s time to be allocated in main categories of tasks:

CRM Administration, Customization and Implementations

  • Customize CRM (Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics 365) systems based on customer requests or needs, including but not limited to, the creation of entities, fields, permissions, forms, views and workflows
  • Provide clients with CRM administration support by creating campaigns, opportunities, tasks and reassigning opportunities/tasks as need
  • Configure third-party application integrations for both Salesforce and Dynamics

CRM Reports

  • Develop native CRM reports tailored towards executives, managers and sales representatives, based on client requests and feedback
  • Create custom reports using data visualization tools, including Tableau and PowerBI

Communication & Consultation

  • Communicating via phone, email, face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers
  • Analyze and define tasks, data flows, and dependencies in relation to project deliverables
  • Work cross-departmentally to continue to develop the KORE Intelligence Platform

Requirements

Skill Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience working on CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Data visualization experience preferred (Tableau, PowerBI or Excel)
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
  • Familiarity of the sports industry preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills – must be able to communicate completes ideas to both technical and non-technical individuals
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and ability to coordinate across multiple departments
