FCC, who will join Major League Soccer in 2019, move into the 26,500-seater venue for the 2021 season.
From August 30, all fans who have previously purchased tickets through FCC will receive an email with a link to an online survey from FCC and Two Circles. The first survey will be a unique opportunity for FCC fans to provide feedback and insights into potential initiatives at the new stadium, and help gauge opinions on – and demand for – various seating and premium hospitality options, as well as the gameday atmosphere.
Two Circles will analyse the data and insight received and make recommendations around pricing and packages for ticketing and premium hospitality at the West End Stadium.
“From the beginning, we’ve strived to be a club that not just listened to its fans, but also heard what they said,” said Jeff Smith, Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service at FCC. “As we move into the club’s next stage in MLS, we want to know exactly what our fans are thinking and what their opinions are on a variety of topics.
“With us moving to a new league and building a downtown stadium, we want to make sure we’re getting a comprehensive look at what our fans want and hope for out of these moves. We’re encouraging all of our fans to use this opportunity to tell us what they think, where they believe we’re doing things well and where they think we can improve.”
FCC is currently in the season-ticket renewals phase of 2019 ticket sales, and has renewed more than 11,000 season tickets of its current 18,000 base. That figure does not include the 1,100-plus new season ticket accounts that have already been opened for 2019, which are anticipated to represent several thousand actual season tickets.
