Scope of Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Ticket Marketing Manager to manage the delivery of a multi-channel marketing plan for a key Two Circles client. This client is delivering one of the most exciting, major sports events on the planet, and this role will operate as part of a team working solely on this program. This role requires a candidate with proven Marketing experience that is a strong communicator and willing to work across functional areas to deliver a marketing vision to ensure the successful attainment of client objectives. Spanish language would be useful, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote a major event ticketing program (no prior ticketing experience required)
  • Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives across digital, social, experiential, and traditional media to build anticipation for a globally renowned, major sporting event
  • Collaborate with internal creative and digital marketing teams to develop compelling storytelling, visuals, and campaign assets.
  • Leverage data insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance and audience engagement
  • Develop targeted audience engagement strategies to connect with fans and stakeholders of a major sporting event
  • Manage a master marketing calendar and align with key functional areas including ticketing, marketing, creative and technology 
  • Support the successful delivery of event activations at sporting and cultural events in Los Angeles
  • Collaborate with community impact teams to drive awareness and participation of a major sporting event

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, or sports/events marketing (preferably with major events, sports properties, or global brands)
  • Strong project management skills and collaborator with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with creative and digital media teams
  • High level of attention to detail and consistency
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Experience managing in-person events
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends to support activation events
  • Preferred, but not required: Bilingual in English and Spanish

Requirements

  • Must have a valid US driving license
  • Must be willing to work on client site up to 4 days per week (Downtown LA)
